Is my information kept private? TOP
The short answer is yes. At Bubblegum and Jellybeans we value our customers and we are committed to protecting your privacy. Bubblegum and Jellybans does not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We may email you with information about new items that are added or specials on the website.

What is our method of payment? TOP

PayPal is our method of payment. Customers have the option of using credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover through PayPal; cash transfer or check.

A PayPal account is not needed to place an order!

For faster and better service, we encourage you to use a PayPal.

How long does an order take? TOP

Each garment is made exclusively for you if not in stock. Normally, all items will be shipped within 5 to 7 days. This is dependent upon the time of season (October - December orders may take a little longer). If a garment is needed for a special occassion or any reason, please let me know and I will do my best to get it mailed as early as possible for you. If you have any questions about your order, please contact me via email. I will respond within 24 hours.

Do we take international orders? TOP

Not at present! Please call to verify if, and when we will be taking international orders.

Can I return merchandise? TOP

At Bubblegum and Jellybeans we make an effort to keep our customers happy. Returns may be made under the following conditions:

Sales Merchandisemay be returned for a store credit only.

Holiday Merchandiseis final as of the date of the holiday.

Personalized Merchandisemay not be returned.

Custom Orders/Special Orders may not be returned (special sizing that is different than what is offered on the website, special colors on appliques).

Return Policy: Purchases or gifts may be returned within 14 days of the day your reveived the order, unused, unwashed, in the orginial condition with all the hang tags in place for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges). The item/items must be in it's orginial condition with all tags attached.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your order. Sales become final 14 days after you receive the order - please do not return items to us later than 14 days after you have received them. Exceptions to this policy will be ath the sole discretion of Bubblegum and Jellybeans.

Is sales tax charged? TOP
The tax has already been added into the price of the garment and therefore, sales tax is not added in the cart.

What is the cost of shipping? TOP

All packages are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service)

Priority Mail(normally 2 to 3 day delivery) - all shipping within the United States will be charged $6.00 base price and must ship to one location. This shipping charge will pay for the package and delivery confirmation.

USPS Express(next day air) - Any need for items to be shipped Express will require the customer to phone me to make arrangements.

No Paypal account is necessary to make a purchase.
